Hello sir,
If you think threatening us is the way forward I think we will be done here fairly quickly, being dissatisfied is well within your rights but this is really taking things too far and doesn't paint you in a flattering light.
You arrived here last saturday with your own used tires to be put on and demand us to help you straight away because you need your bike back quickly, effectively asking us to drop all we are doing and help you first which is already a pretty egocentric approach. Nevertheless, my employee says he will do his best to free up
some time quickly to help you as fast as he can in between other repairs as it is a fairly quick fix to do.
He does this as a service to you, knowing he is putting more stress on our planning and his own workload for the day. The person who delivered the bicycle sat upstairs waiting, because he did not want to go back home because it was too far. My colleague did everything he was asked to do and most definitely put sealant
in both your tires, as the bike left our workshop with two filled up tires that held air. If we made a mistake, which is not impossible, you would've known fairly quickly.
The only conclusion we can draw is that we did all we can to help you quickly, of which you seem utterly unappreciative.
And that your issue can not be attributed to our work, but rather to the tires or another factor (we have no clue what might have happened in transit?).
We feel sorry for the issues you and your son face and really do understand the stress you must be in, but in such a high stakes situation you should maybe not rely on used tires but get fresh ones for the occasion, or better yet: bring spares.
You are more than welcome in our shop, but ask you to do so with a different attitude if you want to be helped.
